Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the law in relation to the goods.

12-month voluntary warranty

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, every AFTER FORM massager is covered by a 12-month voluntary warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

What's covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
  • Mechanical or electrical faults present from manufacture.

What's not covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, or unauthorised modification.
  • Normal wear and tear, including surface marks from regular use.
  • Use outside the product's intended purpose.

How to make a claim

Email hello@afterform.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photos or a short video if the fault is visible

We'll respond within 1–2 business days. Approved claims are handled within Australia and resolved by repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
