Where we ship

We ship within Australia only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Checkout will only accept an Australian shipping address.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from Victoria within 1–2 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping options & rates

• Standard shipping — Free. Standard shipping is currently included in the product price for all orders.
• Express shipping — A$22 (GST-inclusive). Available at checkout.

Estimated delivery

Delivery times after dispatch (business days, estimates only):

• VIC, NSW, ACT metro: standard 2–5 days · express 1–2 days
• QLD, SA metro: standard 3–6 days · express 1–3 days
• TAS, WA metro: standard 4–7 days · express 2–3 days
• NT and regional / remote areas: standard 5–10 days · express 3–5 days

These are carrier estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur during public holidays, sale periods, or due to weather.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout, along with a link to the carrier's tracking page.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email hello@afterform.com.au with your order number within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
