About these terms
These terms apply to all purchases made through afterform.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. AFTER FORM is a brand of Margaret Sulapas Digital Consulting (ABN 43 280 196 104).
Prices and GST
All prices on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive where GST applies. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus any shipping upgrade you select.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the order once payment is successful and we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, if stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to verify the order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By completing checkout, you authorise Stripe to charge your nominated payment method for the full order amount.
Shipping
Shipping terms, options, and estimated delivery times are described on our shipping page. We ship to Australian addresses only.
Returns and warranty
Change-of-mind returns are governed by our returns policy. Faulty or defective products are covered by our 12-month voluntary warranty and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Wellness disclaimer
AFTER FORM is a wellness product intended for general relaxation and comfort. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health concern, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the price paid for the goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
