30-day change of mind

If you change your mind, you can return your AFTER FORM massager within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To qualify:

• The product must be unused and in original, resaleable condition.
• Original packaging and all included accessories must be returned.
• Return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or defective product

If your product is faulty, defective, or not as described, it is covered under our 12-month voluntary warranty and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our warranty page for details. We cover return shipping for confirmed warranty claims.

How to start a return

Email hello@afterform.com.au with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• For faulty items: a short description of the fault and photos if visible

We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving confirmation.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the funds in your account.
