Who we are

AFTER FORM is a brand of Margaret Sulapas Digital Consulting (ABN 43 280 196 104), based in Victoria, Australia. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

Your name and email address
Your shipping address and contact phone number (if provided)
Order details (items purchased, price, date)

Payment details (card number, CVC, expiry) are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your full card details.

How we use your information

To process and fulfil your order
To send order confirmation, shipping, and tracking emails
To respond to support enquiries you send us
To meet our legal and tax obligations (e.g. invoice records)

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share information only where it is necessary to fulfil your order or operate the business:

Stripe — payment processing
Australia Post or other couriers — to deliver your order
Email and hosting providers — to send transactional emails and run the website
Government authorities where required by law

How we store it

Order and customer information is stored in secure cloud systems located in Australia or other reputable jurisdictions, with access restricted to people who need it to operate the business.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to record-keeping obligations) by emailing hello@afterform.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

Our site uses minimal cookies and local storage to keep the site working (for example, to maintain a checkout session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
